Tomáš Baťa University in Zlín graduate and one of the few Czech designers to work in men’s fashion, Mirka Holá made quite a splash at the Shooting Fashion Stars competition. She won over a significant part of the audience following her unique collaboration with Gravelli concrete works creating functional clothes covered in this construction material. Mirka Holá’s collections are characterised by stylish and at the same time raw aesthetics and are distinguished by their meticulous craftsmanship.
