STINAK Vladimír Staněk
Description:
Vladimír Staněk is one of the few Czech designers devoting their work solely to men’s fashion. An UMPRUM graduate, an intern at prestigious schools Rhode Island School of Design or University of the Arts London works at, besides his own brand STINAK – which he is going to present at MBPFW – the men’s division of the traditional Czech brand Pietro Filipi.
His new spring/summer 2016 collection is called “This Is War” and refers to the present times and life. ‘Money, social networks, the desire to be “young, rich & famous”…Life is a war and I’ve tried to create clothes – “an armour”, that would make us ready and armed for it’ the STINAK brand’s author, Vladimír Staněk, says.
